im thinking of getting some new care detailing bits as the summers coming. im usually pretty happy with just a clean car with soap and water. but more and more im getting into the extras.

currently im using...
turtle wax shampoo (http://www.turtlewaxuk.com/prod.asp?Partcode=FG3365), autoglym clean wheels (http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_19 6195_langId_-1_categoryId_165682) on the alloys, simonz rinse off wax (http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_76 3187_langId_-1_categoryId_165527). i follow this up by drying the car and using some zymól car polish (http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_19 0008_langId_-1_categoryId_165527) and some

i use a sheepskin mitt and the two bucket method to wash, and some microfibre cloths and a rubber blade to dry.

can anyone recommend things to look for and buy or change my method at all? bare in mind, im currently jobless and very low on funds :)

when should i use either of them and instead of which product?

i find its brilliant! i spray it all over and just leave it to dry and it wipes away spotless

use the wet mirror finish after polishing then the wax after wet mirror then keep on top of it and you wont need to buy so much

agree with not using the drying blade, not too great for the car. go to the site vtsmad suggested and get the waffle weave super drying towel, mega item. and have some wet mirror finish, also a top product.
