Yes as far as i know from my own experience, there is only one rear fog light. Even if you put a bulb in the passenger side it still doesn't work.

It seems pointless to me as to why the passenger side bulb holder has a space for a fog light as it doesn't work anyway.

the spare holder is for the foreign cars. read somewhere on here that there is a way to get both working but i couldn;t get it working

As long as it's on the drivers side then nothing to worry about

the one on my passengers side does work if you put a bulb in it, but the light casing has a bit of plastic across the hole that you need to break off to fit the bulb back in

My two west coasts ive had, plus all the 3 clio's ive had, have each had only one foglight bulb, but I've put an extra one in all of the mentioned cars and they worked fine, check the connecting plate (what the bulb sits in) for any corrosion as it just might be a dodgy connection.

With you saying they're lexus lights, it might be a case that the wiring plug isn't set up for a foglight on that cluster, if you put normal lights in it might work, if you get me?

Im brining up this old topic. Hope its okay.

Do all Saxo's have rear fog lights function? Because I can find how to turn mine on :S .

i believe so, its just right of the headlight switch, turn it once you get front fogs turn it again and you get rear fogs.

Shouldn't need rear fogs because as a saxo driver you should be pulling away from every one else !
