he was selling a mobile on this and i thought mmm i will take it. it was £110 posted so emailed him and that and he was happy to take the money but not to send the item. waited a month on it and a emailed him a week after sending the money to tell him that i hadent got the item yet and he said that he had sent it!! that waited about 3 more days and emailed him again and hi reply was do you know what i havent had that much hassel of a buyer b4 i havent sent the fone yet i will just send you your money back. so after a month and a bunch of excuses still no refund so i told him if i dont get it that i was taking it further so i have reported him to sax-p and i have contacted paypal about the matter aswell so waiting to hear back from them. and i also said to him that i will post a comment on every thread that he has started selling things on so that no 1 else does the same so.........

i hope people read this b4 buying things from him.

i have every email, and messages to and from on this aswell.

ive got a few friends in a few places m8 !

have u used www.askmib.com ?? on there if u type in a reg plate and tick the box it will come up with if the car is insured the police also use it !

they use a few other places that i also use i can check mots it will tell u if it passed or failed and if its had any work done on the car !
