i change petrol caps a while ago and need the key from the original petrol cap and i cant seem to take the key out. ive lost the key to the petrol cap on the car at the moment. so as confusing as this is i need help on removing the current petrol cap (as i lost the keys) and removing the key from the original cap.
thanks in advance for any help.

sweet cheers that solves one problem now the other removing the petrol cap without the keys anyone shed some light?

I'd say your fucked tbh! Try contacting the place you bought it from, explain your predicament and see if you can get a spare.

yh i had one of them silvery aluminium cap only had the one key and lost it didnt i :wall:

no lock smith or anythin but if it was mine id just drill it but that might not work and u might get bits in ya petrol

yh ive been reading around on other forums and the only way is a screwdriver and hammer it or drill through it.

ha i know what you mean man but last resort cant have no petrol in the car forever

Sorry to hear that lad, definitely a case to stay clear of aftermarket alloy petrol caps though lol. Let me know if you need a hand, and when you sort it!

yh dont remember why i got it in the first place looks wank. it will be a while yet before im on the road gotta save up for tax and insurance be a few week yet soo annoying, picked up my car today though made me happy check this picture out of me and my dad picking it up i got soo scared man.
ive also purchase 50mm lowering kit with dampers cannot wait to get them on
