Hi need a bit of help.......

Being an idiot i went and bought a fli trap sub/amp second hand as i thought it would work! But seems that my headunit doesnt have a sub option (may sound dumb) The cd player at the moment is a alpine tda-7570R 6 cd changer, i have the instruction manual but to no avail it doesnt help at all!!

I really like my current cd player, so i dont really wanna go get a new one! it also has jbl 6x9's in the parcel shelf and diff speakers in the door cards......

Soooooo is there anyway that i could wire up the sub without forking out for a new player??

has your current head unit got any (spare) preouts or a Sub Wire?
The handbook for my pioneer headunit is stupidly unclear, ended up emailing them to find out how to get to the inital setting screen.

To which they agreed that the handbook was unclear and was missing instructions lol

Alpine tda? Im sure this is a tape deck and you have a 6 cd changer wired up to it. In which case im fairly sure it will be new HU time. Unless you want to use a line out converter which means you will lose the 6 by 9s (which isnt a bad thing anyway) and gain the neccasary connections to connectteh rca cables for a sub and amp, you can get them from halfrauds.
