some days my brakes feel realy good and stop me quick, but on other days they feel really bad and dont stop any where near as quick, i bought new pads and disc and still they are the same, any suggestions appreciated

i have thought of bleeding the system, and yh it is temp related, but i can tell the difference straight away even when pulling out my drive

Depends how ard you are using them, as mentioned heat ruins brake force unless designed to work at heat(like touring cars brakes).

If your not hammering them then change the fluid and give them a good bleed.

If theyre new pads n discs they will need bedding in.

Otherwise try changing fluid as said.

Id definately recommend changing the brake fluid, brake fluid is hydroscopic and with age will gather moisture which isnt visible but can cause all sorts of problems with brake systems.
