vtr bump strips

hi i want to colour code my black vtr and want to know the best way to do it, is it easier to take them off all the sides and the front and rear bumpers or spray them on there ?

If your talking about the black bits on your bumpers then you cannot take them off as they are part of the bumper on vtr's so you will have to mask them up and spay them on the car

i did mine gloss black and i took the front and masked the sides up
