thats what i was thinknig for about a tenners worth yeah! i always judge from when the light goes on roughly give or take the fact itll flicker on and off at first

60 miles to £20 = 15mpg which just isnt right, maybe i was enthusiastic as its the first time its been on the road but not to that extent, driving like a saint now to see if i can make a difference

You should get around 33 mpg.

I calculated mine a while back and averaged 33.9mpg urban driving, around 120-130 miles to £20 (approx 16.5 ltrs of fuel)

it depends on what you paid for the fuel as well as how you drive. my vts seems pretty good, even on track it returns 27mpg. normal driving it does 33 round town and 37 on a run

lol im running ph3's and i get 230 miles from a full tank :n:

wtf?

i put a full tank in, fuel light come on last after 350 miles.

if i drive really gently, i'll get around 400.

the guys running cammed vts' saying, oh no, i have cams, i have destroyed my fuel economy.... i got 43mpg on a run when mine was just cammed.
and with 500cc injectors its returning what i typed above.

you need to alter your driving style.

Either a heavy right foot, too many mods or a faulty lambda sensor. Or a combination of these.

I got 95 miles from £12 of 97 and it was about 10.5 litres when I filled up and I work that out to be 41mpg and that was driving hard at points as well.

120-130 miles from £20 roughly for me

That's about 30mpg, although you've always said it over fuels a bit.

Either a heavy right foot, too many mods or a faulty lambda sensor. Or a combination of these.

only mods on engine is basic cone air filter and full exhaust it wont be the heavy right foot because no matter how slow i drive always seems to be shit perhaps it is the lamda i will get it looked at soon
