I'm first to admit not that technical when it comes to cars but main headlight bulb gone, never changed it before, should be a small sample of urine.
Usually bit of bent wire holding in place. Haynes manual shows lovely pic of 'press these loops together and out it pops'. Course as ever their pic is a one off for one Saxo that was the only one ever built with such a set up. All others since that one have it another way. After sobbing like a small child, I popped off the drivers sun visor mirror and held that at the back of the headlight to see you have to push up and to one side so the wire engages on to a little hooked bit of metal. How I laughed. celebrated with a cig. Start giving up again next week.
That is all.

I changed my alternator belt on my old 106 with a haynes, I was pretty impressed with myself.

Haynes is good to reffering to.
But the methods are very long winded imo

Best just getting stuck in then checking it when you get stuck.
Haynes way of changing a drive shaft is to completely remove strut, mine is to simply pull at it enough to get the shaft out after taking d/s nut off, and pinch bolt.
