Hiya,

I used to have a semi decent ice car with 2 12 inch subs, amp, 6x9's and components. This was a few years back.:afro:

Now i am looking to get back in to it and i see people are not so keen on 6x9's anymore. Seems to be more about a decent sub and some good components! :y::n:

Comments? Ideas? Discussions?

Everyone will say components matey, ive got one Vibe sub in the back and JL components up front all amped and i do love it with my new pioneer headunit. Suppose it all depends what you listen too.

good man, 6z9's aint bad they're good for a cheap buy, they just give u a bit of everything, that's why they dont sound as good as comps. :D

i recently put 6x9s in my car due to the standard saxo speakers being pants, only paid £15 for the pair and they have made a big difference, think component speakers will be the next buy though
