Little help adrian flux

I went on holiday last saturday only up north scotland. My installment should of been payed that saturday by direct debit..my money was in the bank but a week later I check if my insurance has been paid and it was not adrian flux have not even tried to take my money, I got 5 months left with them so dont know why they not took there money a week later.. I cant ring them as not open till 2mora but just wondering what could be the problem

actually, your wrong, adrian flux is not at fault, his finance for the insurance will be with a different company

regardless, they are still not open until monday...

Adrian Flux are the company that he took the insurance out with so therefore its them that he has the dealings with. Irregardless of who takes the money Adrian Flux should only use companys who can do there job correctly.

Adrian flux have been paid and got there money... They are not responsible for taking his direct debits, therefore its not there problem or fault, they had no involvement in the direct debit not being taken...

Im with adrian flux and ive never had a problem with direct debits, and to be honest if i did, it would be the finance company who id call, if you call adrian flux... They will tell you, its nothing to do with them

Think about what your saying....then turn it round and say for example, you didn't pay a month, missed a payment or something like that, do you think it would be this so called finance company that calls you demanding money? No, it would be Adrian Flux.

You always go direct with the insurance company, so that they know whats going on and can chase it up, its not up to yourself to go after another company, that just doesnt make sense. And even then, how do you find out which company would be getting it?

(Btw, I'm not slating Adrian Flux)
