hey could some 1 please photoshop my vtr for me

wanting it lowerd just above the lip off the alloy wheels as im plannin on lowering it 2 same hight asmy old 1 and possibly make the wheels white or black ? would b much appresheated thanks

Only done it real quick mate, cause the image quality is bad it makes it alot harder, but gives you some idea
