Hi all, question is 2 part... i have a 2003 saxo furio, and firstly, are the wheel arches same size as VTR/VTS in the respect that they will accept 17s?
Mainly though, what size alloy and tire should i get? Please bear in mind i want no problems at all and still want a comfortable ride rather than a mint looking car that rattles like shit smileys/smiley13.gif hehe
cheers!

17s with archwork
16s on a 40 profile tyre will go on with no probs
how low will your car be

Not sure about lowering yet...im one of those "must be fully functional" guys lol.
I was thinking about 40mm.
16s it is then, i dont fancy archwork, want a straight on fit. smileys/smiley2.gif

If you want a straight fit with no probs then get 15's.
17's look daft, especially if you're not going to lower the car.
16's should be ok but you'll need a low low low profile tyre - around 40%, and they're much more expensive than 45% profile tyres. smileys/smiley14.gif

you still might get some scrubbing on full lock on 16s with 40 profile tyres

Depends what look you want as well. Wheel size i would definately say 15's, they look sweet with the coloured. Black alloys with the chrome lip go well with most colours. Ones i would recommend would be Wolfrace Octanes or Lenso BSX's if u want the eurolook.
