ive just got back off holiday and to be honest the apartment was shit!!! payed to deluxe apartment and turned out to be horrible!! we took picture of how bad it was do you all thing its worth me complaining to the hotel about it and send them the pictures?

lanzarote and yeh i want to send them off. the place was horrible, and was dangerous where fire escapes were concerned let just say for the escape it was good we could get out but there was then a 5ft gap then a 30ft high wall so if there was a fire we would have been fucked!!

complain to your holiday company they might do smming! the hotel will just say sorry u were not happy! tbf while u was out there u should have complained!

a holiday is suppose to be a time where you can just rest and enjoy yourself... not come back and type a post saying you're not happy.

You should have complained at the time, but hindsight tis wonderful. Complain like fury to the hotel and the holiday company if you took out a package holiday.

yeh i didnt fancy a big complaint there cus i would just get looks at like shit after that. send a massive complaint to the company i book it with and one going to the hotel tmoz so will see what happens
