creaking passenger front wheel

heard this noise when driving slowly with windows open, got home took hand brake off and rolled up and down drive and there i was a creaking noise coming from front wheel any ideas, its annoying me

Sounds like chewing an elastic band sort of squeak?

Quite often bottom arm rear bush makes this sound when it's gone. To verify spray the bush with wd40 and try to make the noise again. If it stops then you have your problem.

jacked up front end no noise when no weight on wheel when spinning only when on ground any ideas??

I don't think it will be the wheel from what you have said Damian. The car will need to be on the ground so the weight of the car is on the suspension in order for you to hear the noise. Can you drive the fron wheels up onto a kerb or blocks of wood etc and get a mate to bounce the car while you listen underneath it?
