i uprated the dampers at the same time so to be fair mate i cant tell you how great they are as the whole car has improved in one big leap lol the arb bushes are piss easy to fit the wishbone ones on the other hand aren't.... lol ive still got blisters two weeks later from doing them lol my car is really only fast road it will never see a track as its too low and obviously with the bodystyling its more for show than go but i wanted to replace them just for piece of mind tbh i only went for the polyrace ones over the powerflex ones because they were cheaper lol they were slightly to big so i had to trim a couple mm off them when refitting the wishbones

i have apex dampers, they get very good reviews no one has anything bad to say about them and at £110 for the fronts very good price, i gave my wishbones to a garage to do but they said they couldnt do it as the shape of the wish bones you cant use the press, im sure there is a proper way to do it but i dont know about it lol i used a drill and drilled out most of the rubber then ripped the middle bit out with a set of mole grips then used a hack saw and chisel/hammer to get the collar out, took about a couple hours to do each one but now ive done it i could probably do it much quicker, take a look at my progress thread for the pics :y:

you can use a press.
i have fitted those poly race all round (like mentioned previously, they are cheaper than powerflex lol) but used powerflex ARB bushes. been told they wont be making a difference but i can tell as the wishbone ones have really sharpened things up. its a good job im still young or my back would hate me lol.
definately worth doing.
