I have noticed quite a large pool of water in both front footwells in the morning if it rains overnight. Anyone have any ideas? Cheers!

Either that, or the sunroof/aerial is leaking.

If this is the case I would notice the level in the header tank change, I haven't noticed that yet!

That'll be the sunroof, coming down the A pillars and in at the bottom as it's blocked, there's guides on here somewhere as far as I remember :)

Could be the windscreen seal too.

It was the heater. I have just connected the two pipes going in to the bulkhead together for now
