View Full Version : Important! : Opinions - colour choice of dash setup? with pics!!

this is a rough layout of how the dash will look once everything is done, the dash has been flocked black, ignore the clocks and clock surround as these are not being used anymore

basically, not sure what colour to get the centre console and then 2 other gauge pods (not pictured) flocked in, they are shown painted white,

my 3 options are to flocke the centre section:

-red

-white (pictured)

-black - making the whole dash black

am 90% sure its going black but see what you think, and the cage will be red by the way

BTW great job looks nice mate! I would do them white has uve got them but fade em into red. White at bottom then fade red into top half. Will look proper cool. Ive done this a few times on different cars :)

Black imo, although they do look good in white paint. I wouldn't go for white flock though as all that i've seen previously fades and gets dirty and looks a bit poor after a while :n:

hi i have been looking for somewhere to put some gauges and i think you speedo surround in really good how did you do it or did you buy it thanks.

i think if you did it in dark red it would look really nice mate. do it in to bright a red and it will be just in your face unless that the look your going for .

No don't go red it will look like fishers dash! And it will look horrible go for a. Grey or even a carbon mold or somthing to match the carbon!
