yo nerds,
I bought this off a saxp member recently... it's huge (see hand relative to amp).
It's a Ps500F

Now, I had initially intended to pop it under a seat but that is a no go. So it's the boot, which means I'll have to build a false floor for it. It's a four channel amp, in the short term I'd like the amp to drive my front comps and the rear coaxials.
The system will be as follows:
HU: Alpine 9885R
Fronts: JBL GT5027c
Rears: Pioneer Kevlar Coaxials
Amp Kenwood ps500f
Questions
1) I need cables and wires firstly. Does anyone know roughly what:
length and gauge Batt cable I'll need?
length and gauge GND cable I'll need? And where can I wire it to Earth in the boot?
length and gauge Speaker cable I'll need for the Fronts and the rears
2) What connectors do I need?
Banana Plugs?
Crimps?
etc
Should I invest in some heat shrink stuff too? Is there any guides or method employed for crimping ends of wires and things? How best is it complete the ends on these things?
3) Settings on the amp... what should I set the Gain to based on the HU I'm running?
Thanks in advanced for the answers!
