Hey ive sold my sax and got a mk6 fiesta zs :p but the guys on zsoc seem to know fack all about ice compared to some guys on here so i thought id ask on good old saxp :y:

the speakers are crap and it has 4x7s front and back. I know people recommend comps and i know the're best because i had them on my last car. Its just that they require a lot of effort to put in and i dont want to be drilling holes for the tweeters in the pillars etc unless i have to.

So im planning to get a new >>head unit (needs to have ipod cable and 2 rca outs)<< (http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/10581.html)
and some >>4x7<< (http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/12129.html)

Are these products any good?
also using a fli 4 channel amp and jbl sub from the old car

cheers

the headunit mite be nice but the power it has is only going to come out of the write set up! if the quality is crap from the speaker then it really wont be much better with a different haedunit! if it was me id be getting the drill out....

but thats just me

What do you mean? im completly upgrading the current system with the headunit going to the amp and the amp powering the front speakers and sub, i was just wondering if 4x7 coaxials will give good sound quality. I guess i could set them with a high pass filter but would rather have some bass in the front that isnt from the sub
