Loads of little triangles so there is always a pass and good keep ball. Barry can spray the ball out, if he plays into feet with lamps/gerrard then J.Cole/Lennon can bomb down the wings.

If it isn't working or you need to go a little more defensive. You got to 4-4-2, with gerrard playing off rooney and barry and lamps in the middle.
