Dash & Interior removal

Right just a quick Question, sorry if its been covered, if so please delete.

Im taking all the interior plastics out at weekend, including dash, Is there a picture - step by step quide on here, as i dont wanna buy a haynes just for one thing!,

I cant seem to find any quides good enough.

can i add saink to this question, hope you dont mind,
i need to pull out my dials as when my lights are turned on i have no dials untill i brake they all light up, same for the dials on the dashboard, anyone know why this is?

nah its ok, I just have a rough idea of how to do it!, but dont wanna go ahead and f**k it up!

its the same about my car, i dont really ever ask ppl for much help n here but electrics i cant do for shit, i turn my lights on i have no dials lit up untill i brake same on my dash, radio cuts of every now and again and i have no reverse light, but its a new bulb :S
