What's the best taste BBQ food ?

I have got one of those big fucking chrome gangsta 5 burner bbq's.

It fires up instantley, cooks evenly, but the taste of the food is deffo different from my old charcoal burner.


My old BBQ to ages to heat up, you had to plan when to light it as the weather always seemed to turn poor whenever it got lit. But it had a better taste , I think.

What do you prefer ?

i tried to keep with charcoal ones for years and they are a proper pain so i caved and bought a gas one with lava rocks tastes the same and is simplel to use so gas for me mate

I also have a big jacuzzi in my garden so it's a bit of a pain when I get lumbered with sorting out the charcoal BBQ when my missus just jumps in the hot tub.

if you cook on a gas bbq its like moving your oven outside!! charcoal all the way cant beat a few lads a few beers a throwaway bbq and a footy on a scorchin summers day :y:
