all lights work but rear sidelights-not bulbs.. and window wont go down

had a search cant find anything
on the rear,
my brake lights work, my reverse light works, my rear fog light works, but my main lights wont work,
its not the bulbs as ive changed all them with ones that work,
but both main lights just will not work
any ideas?

oh and window wont go down, goes down like a cm, then stops like its stuck on something
cant see anything looking in the door
any ideas on this?

could be the boards my old ones did the same but have you replaced them with the right bulbs because they have to be twin filiment this happend when i replaced one with a randomm ulb to get me home and none of the worked soon as i put them in

i put my mango lighbulb board bit into the vtr lights and plugged them in, and still wont work, just those two :@

Hard one - you put a multimeter on it to see if there's any power going to it ?
