o2 busy

anyone tried ringing o2 today been trying through day just either get cut off on landline or mobile says busy all i'm after is code so can change my number to o2 business

Exactly that, they are crazy busy.
I upgradedmy business phone thismorning and they had real difficulty getting through to the call centre that deals with business contracts.

o2 have been at a standstill all day it sucked because i work at Phones4u and its not nice having to sit their with the customers for 1 hour+ just to do an upgrade lol

Gonna be same for whole week i reckon
