iphones being an ass!

since i updated to i0s4 my net on my iphone will only work when im at home now, it wont work at all anywhere else!
it wont even attempt to load internet pages ect!
iv tryed system restore.. rebooting it ect!

You checked the setting for the Internet?

Cross check them with the results of a google search, e.g o2 iPhone Internet settings

it told me to look at my cellular data network.. and its empty lol.
im guessing its not meant to be.. i put in the APN but how do i know my username and password ect?
