Where to get torsion bar lowered

Does anyone know where i can get the torsion bar lowered on my vts in the colchester area ??? Cant seem to find a garage that can do it ??

Cheers Mate :) Back end causing me the same old saxo torsion bar problem at the moment though :( Getting whole axle fitted tommorow but my mate can't lower them .. Can't seem to find a garage round here that can :(
