Jist come Back from the doctors from havin 2 in-growing nails removed on the same toe :( was totaly fine when having it done but the anasthetic is starting to wear off and it's soooooo sore :(

Aye, I wouldn't recommend it - was struggling to walk for weeks. The nail has grown back, just looks a bit odd... not reached the end of my toe yet though.

To the OP:
Make sure your hands are properly clean (with an alcohol gel at least) when changing your dressings. And as soon as the dressing gets soiled or wet change it straight away.
And make sure you take all you're antibiotics :)
My mate didn't follow this advice and he had the worst infection ever.
