Hi all, newbie here! I've been hearing about how people can 'red top' their car engine, what exactly does this mean? Rob

yeah its a vauxhall engine from the cavaliers/ astras/ calibras etc. becuase it has red rocker covers. usually fitted to smaller vauxhalls like corsas and novas though. sometimes people drop them in mini's/ kit cars. never seen one in a saxo or 106 though
Ohh, i wasn't sure.. People said to me it was a mod you do to your engine and that was about it aha.

lol if they think red top is a saxo mod then really make them look even more of a tit and paint your rocker cover red and tell them you stuck a red top in there. ;) then slap them:boxing:
its a vauxhall engine. as above. i was going to stick one in my old corsa. but got a saxo instead.
