I much prefer a meshed grill with the chevrons still in place. A dimma grill makes the front of the car look odd imo

just finished my grill today.
removed slats but kept chevrons and black meshed it.
also made my own badge for the grill, wasn't too sure about it when i had it laid out on the floor but now its on the car i'm really pleased with it.
looks very unique, i think so anyway.

Glad you guys like it, I like it more and more everytime I look at it, lol.
Was afraid people might think it looked chavvy but not had one bad comment yet :y:

Bought chrome "V" & "T" as single letters and a civic type R badge, all from halfords, cost about £13.00 in total.
Carefully wiggled the "R" and then twisted it off the type R badge then stuck that on the grill how I wanted it, then lined up the v & t next to it.
They all have sticky foam on the back but to make them more secure I glue gunned them from behind the grill so they don't fall off.
