Thieving Bastards - Help Me Please.

Well, was gunna go out for a drive this evening, only 17 BTW.. Sorry for the noobness..

And I found that my car was unlocked.. :cry:

Turns out some low lifes.. Or pro thieving bastards had gone through my car looking for valuables.. Luckily I don't leave anything in my car. But they took the tool thingy you use to get off your wheel nuts and had started to take off my wheel nuts, they managed only one though, not sure why, must have got spooked by something..

I don't know why they had chosen my car though.. A 1.1 Citroen Saxo Desire.. And what's parked next to me.. An Audi R8 or something liek that.. Some sexy sporty thing lol.

But yeah, O and its also happened to some other people around my area.. The same thing.. They use a screwdriver or something to open the drivers side door, they then ramshack your car, and then, in my case, attempted to take off my freaking wheels. All without making any noise or setting the alarm off (not sure if my car has alarm tbh, doesn't it come factory fitted?)

So yeh Im a little upset about it, they also ran off with the tool thing, but left the nut they had taken off on the ground.. They could come back for them.. Soo.. Just wondering what do you guys recommend?

Locking Wheel Nuts/Alarm/De-pin?

Also.. Can you take out the key hole or cover it so it doesn't happen again?

PS. Been keeping look out tonight over my car, not sure but I think I may have seen the bastards, like 4 grown men in a car that just wheel spun into my road then accelerated hard to end and wheel spun away.. Reckon it could be them trying someone else's car..

K think I'm done.. Good to get it off my chest.. God damn wish I had an air rifle to shoot em down.. Maybe Next time.. lol

I'd wait till you see them come back for the wheels then go at them with a baseball bat or something large and solid! :). I don't know about security, but tbh when someone wants something bad enough they dont care, they'll attempt to get it mate.. Sorry to hear it tho... Have they smashed up the car at all?

Na man, basically they just stuck something into the key hole and managed to get in, looked through my glovebox etc.. Then must have gone into the boot and found the wrench thing idk what it called, then they tried to take off wheels but failed pretty miserably.

Ahh true man, Norfolk is a bit widespread :P my cousin lives up there, everything seems to be out in the open to me. Aha however them sort of places can tilt either way, Can be really safe or really high risk coz not as easy to get caught by cops.

We got quite a lot of young drivers near where I am, and boy racers lol, saw 4 different Subura's the other day.. They were pretty sweet though..

same shit done to my old sax. screwdriver fru the drivers side doors unlocks it. bastards stole my headunit and started to take my speakers. all the cables were riped out to my sub but they left it. car was parked outside my bedroom window, wish i had woken up and caught em. wasnt the headunit i was angry about its the hole in my door fucking cunts.

Set up CCTV on your car for the next few days, use your web cam and some free software of the net that will start filming as soon as some motion is detected. I doubt they would strike the same place twice but at least you would have a vid of em doing it!

What u should do is get one of them mini cameras and hook it up in ur car where noone can see iit & put locktight on ur wheel bolts that will keep em occupied for a bit longer lol.

Ye luckily I had nothing of value in the car, I take CD player out each time, and yes I do have VTR alloys on.. Still not worth that much though.

Had policeman round today, he said other people have reported having their cars broken into, the same way mine was.

Im guessing these guys come for 1 night and just try as many vehicles as they can..
