Help needed, gearbox in wrong place?

Ive just replaced the clutch on my VTR, after putting everything back on, the gearbox seems like its to far back, its touching the roll bar and the gearlinkages, not able to put it into gear cus the linkages are touching the exhaust, everythin went back on the car without a problem,
anyone have any ideas?
