Headunit help please!!

Hey all, have a done a search on here and came up with loads of results but still unsure of what to get?

So I wish to enlist the help of you guys please :)

Requirements:

Value - Doesn't matter to be honest, but not still prices.
Brand - Again not relevant.
Facilities - iPod connection, Bluetooth (not really needed but would be nice), CD, USB connection, able to connect a decent set of amplifiers/subs/speakers.

Not too clued up about this so would like recommendations on good quality but not too expensive amplifiers/subs/speakers.

I've got a sony Xplode, can be bought pretty cheap, Ipod connectivity, CD Player and radio; dont need anything else tbh

1 thing which is handy is bluetooth, especially if your using the car alot

Any recommendations guys? looking to not break £150 if i can help it but will stretch if it's worth it

Kind of prefer the Pioneer but don't know which would be better for a small sub/amp set up?

hey guys do any of you know if the erising es723 has subwoofer out volume control. i know it has bass and treble but i wanna know about the subwoofer volume. and wat is DBAS In the audio setup of the unit . help would be very apreciated . thanks:)
