Van Bommel and De Jong very lucky bastards. How the hell De Jong stayed on the pitch is beyond me.

Probably saw Jackie Chan in the stands and tried to show him why he should have been the new Karate Kid...

I've wanted Holland to win since England went out. No idea why. Although on the whole I would say Spain deserve it more.

I used to have time for arjen robben but now he pisses me off. van bommels a fuckin maniac.the only decent player in the dutch side is sneijder & kuyt in my opinion,and how the hell can you say thats the correct way to play against anybody.if they won that game their own fans would've loved it but they'd be remembered for all the wrong reasons from the rest of the world

Kuyt may not be a perfect goalscorer but his tenacity really helps. Constantly keeps closing players down, constantly makes runs, constantly keeps the heartbeat of the team going. Very good reliable player.

If Kuyt was shit he wouldn't be playing first team for Holland or Liverpool :)

Lafferty is ok. Doubt he could hack the premiership. Kuyt has other qualities too that make him different to say, a Heskey style of player.

Lafferty is shite. And is nothing like Heskey.

I'd rather have played V.Der Vaart or Elia instead of Kuyt.

says it all tbh... a team that gets rid of Xabi Alonso and keeps Kuyt and Babel :y:

i dont care about fair play or anythin... if you dont get booked for a bad tackle then go into the next tackles with the same venom until you get booked... its the final so no games to miss then next time.. i'd rather win a horrible game than lose a beautiful game..
