basically i have just an open coned filter in my vtr ..
and me and Stissy are desperate for cold air feeds ..
but we was just wondering if theres any place that does custom pipes .. like do show pipes like different coloured pipes and stuff .. ive checked the net but havent seen any .. but ive seen a few cars at mfn (a car show near me) that have different colour and different kinds of cold air feed pipes ..
so was wondering if anyone knows where to get them from ?
cheers

I tried the ducting from B&Q its aluminium 100mm diametre and you get loads ( 3m) for about £ 4.
Would be good if you could get it to sit nice and fit tight but realistically when you put it on it just gets dented - Breaks, then looks shabby and like a chav job. So instead i put original air feed back on and coated it in the aluminum Film... Sorta heat shield it. Does a better job. Its on solid now and at least i know theres a proper feed there instead of some shabby duct.
If i was to go aftermarket ductin id get something thats not easily breakable and made from a a kind of flexi fabric rather than aluminium.... Having said that, If the aluminium was smaller in diametre ( say 60 - 70 mm ) would have worked well.

dont get the 100m Stuff... its too big.... Would get good air in but because its aluminum its too temperamental... breaks n dents n stuff... as i say it would be good if you could get it the same diametre as the standard air intake.... Definately would be better.
100mm just makes it difficult, Unless it was a more durable fabric material which i am aware you can get.
