hey all, so just had my torsion bar lowered by a mechanic, was fine when i took it for a test drive straight after, but then a couple days later im hearing a high pitched ting noise while im driving like every 10 seconds or so, usually when im cornering..
anyone know whats up? :S

Your arb could need tightening.
Follow this guide to tighten it.

Could also be the arb end plate securing bolt. They have a tendency to work loose and make a "ting" noise. They are only tightened to 25nm but should have loctite on the threads.

Tighten the rear anti-roll bar end plate bolts (there's one on each side). Don't go too tight otherwise you'll snap them, should be able to get 1/4 to 1/2 a turn on them.
That was enough to stop the noise on mine. If the noise comes back, then you can try the guide linked above - will pull the ARB tighter into the splines. Tightening the bolts usually solves the problem though.

i think theres a guide on here somewhere about it, its a bolt thats come loose and needs tightening

Personally i would drive on it.
Would buy some thread locker for when it's tightened
