hes there because he sets up goals and holds the ball up.. we only scored 3 goals in the world cup and he set up 2 of them which says it all.

he was better than rooney.

Completely agree, he was better than Rooney...glad he's retired though. The two goalkeepers that scored more goals than him were freekick and penalty takers to be fair.
