i have been offered a 2005 honda civic sport 20thousand miles 1 owner from new fhsh £4000 what are your thoughts on them i know they wont be the fastest car in the world but its more comfort im after had a type r but with us trying to buy a new house would be no point in getting one

Go for it.... Much rather be rolling in that than a VTR... My mate has one, resprayed it championship white with TypeR wheels, looks great and is built great.

Seems very cheap to me, make sure it hasn't got a hidden past etc and if it hasn't go for it because thats a steal :y:

will be checking everything on it, its comming from a honda dealership they are selling all cars at a loss to replace with new stock and cos my dad knows the guy who owns the dealership its getting more knocked off it thats why i can get it for 4grand going to take it for a drive saturday and have a good look around it

Sounds pretty good! I'm getting a 2001 1.6 with 75k on for £2.5 next week. (just so you have perspective)
However, will need to really check out the sport as their may be a reason for it looking like a good deal. Just me being skeptical as usual :)

sounds a great deal. and from a dealer too. just make sure the gear box bearings are okay iv heard these can be a problem. just about the only problem though hope it all works out for you bud!

Sounds like a good buy though, I'm not too sure if the sports actually move but I could be wrong.

sounds like a bargain mate. check steering rack if you can though as i know someone with one and the steering rack has gone twice :s they are just as quick as a vtr anyway
