have just gone down from a scooby to the saxo for several reasons since i got it it has this clunk when set off and turn the wheel and if put in reverse clunks back also as i accelerate it pulls to the right take foot off pulls to the left. this only happens while either full turning wheel, and part turning sometimes while setting off and the opposite while reverse as if what ever went clunk has clunked back into place have checked the areas used a bar to put pressure on certain areas no obvious signs of joints moving i would say the anti roll bar seems to move more on the drivers side where i think the clunk is coming from and when the clunk happens i dont think the ride feels real smooth not oticable to ya average passenger but just a general feeling whenu have been driving long time until it clunks backs also once had to make a u turn and clunked and it was kind of if it didnt want to straiten back up had to fight with it how ever looking at all the joints the rubbers on the links ball joints anything that swivels arte all either torn ripped split and exposing shiny balls under neath the rubbers driving steady evern upto 70+ 70 tops should i say on staright carriageway no issues if done easily apart from the pulling i thought it would of been the bushes but they seem solid inside the wishbone any help much appreciated looking around the forum it se3ems to be common and have also seen the odd reply sayin could be cv joint but would this make it pull both ways upon accelerate and de acc any help pls not a boy racer more mid life crisis with the scooby and now something small for the mrs and kids as cheap to run etc thanks for aqny replys :afro: tearing me afro out believe thx
