From Vaux to Sax

Hello

First French car I have had, only ever had Vauxhall's (well 3 Astra's) but fancied a change so bought a Saxo 1999 VTR. Only had it 2 weeks but its currently having the cam belt done so no pictures as yet but ill upload some soon.

Although its a Phase 1 1999 model, it only has 42 000 miles on the clock and is completely standard. Outside is immaculate, just needs a new panel on one of the arches and wax oiling underneath. Standard look is great so going to concentrate on engine (performance), brakes and interior. May also give the wheels a refurbish.

You went from an astra redtop to a vtr?! Get a pic up when you can and il keep an eye out for it ;)

well redtop to astra coupe then the VTR. Wanted something small, cheap to run that fits down the side of the house (only a narrow gap), have to fold the mirrors in but its just about fits :-)

Ive sort of done the same as you mate, had a XE'd corsa, mk2 golf after that then deided small and cheaper to run was needed. Get a pic up when you can.

Hardly use my cars tbh, got a work van and a car I share with the girlfriend so its more of a hobby than a driving car lol. Picking car back up tomorrow so pictures will be up tomorrow. Thanks for Comments :y:

Finally managed to get round to taking some pics, not the best location (next to the house) but ill take some work one I finish the the little bits i am doing. I keep a cover on it when I'm not using it which keeps it clean.
