Ben,
Im not sure how far you're willing to travel, however just to give you an idea i charge £100 for the full front and rear lowering. All you have to do is bring your front springs (and dampers if you buy a full lowering kit)
There are several others on the site who are very capable and do it for a very similar price and most importantly use the correct lowering method on the rear.
Alot of day to day business garages either wont touch torsion bars, or will charge the earth giving you some waffle about them being seized. Then the ones that do rarely use the correct method on the rear.
Either way you should be looking at £100 for it to be done or there abouts.
If you let us know how far you're willing to travel then im sure someone on this site will be nearby and able to do it.
Hope that helps
