Someone to lower rear torsion bar on my VTR?

Hi everyone,

New to this site - i've just brought a Saxo VTR mk2 - the kid who had it before me had the front lowered but not the back and i was just wondering if there was anyone on here who'd be able to do it for me - and if so how much would i be looking on paying? I'm in the Birmingham area. I think the kid tried to have it lowered by someone but the person said it was ceased, but i know most of them end up being ceased but there's gotta be someone out there who can do it?
I'd be very grateful for any replies.

Yea someone will do it. Just did my friends 14 year old 106 GTI beam tonight. First bar pulled out fine. Second one was not too happy to come out, took ages using the puller and a bar!
