First question is would I somehow be able to get myself/replicate a gear surround to resemble that of an R8?

^- Like this.
And the second question is which colour, in other peoples opinion, looks better on a Furio Posi Blue or Icelandic Grey? I'm looking to buy one very soon and these colours are the most common. (Not keen on Silver or Red) :P
Ta in advance.

1. I shouldn't Imagine So, unless you knew someone who was very good at crafting things.
imo there may be better mods out there :S
2. Icelandic Grey as this is the best colour to buy :y:

that gear lever surround is called a H-gate. found on ferraris and lambos etc. i beleieve someone made one for there saxo on here once :S or that might have been on ssc...
if you cut down the gear stick and made one properly it wont look all too bad imo bit different.
But my mate who drove his mates lamborghini diablo had one and he said its a bit of a bastard getting it in gear sometimes and takes some getting used to

Ta again, best start lookin' now, gave Ebay a quick search but no luck =|
I've also emailed a gernal fabricator to see what sorto price they'll give me.
I love how it looks on the R8 so that's why i'd like to see how it'd look on mine, 'spoze if it looks wank I can just remove it and wach the basic one on.

imo it will look completly out of place in a saxo tbh unless you are planning to redo the interior to make it look less out of place so not sure it would be worth it personally but if you like it thats all that matters
