she should hopefully be on coilovers by end of summer, her wheels are being refurbed and then im having the outer rim polished, may have the spokes darkened a shade too

cant comment on performance as having issues with the garage who 'replaced' the clutch in it. its having a brand new one today will so post up once ive had a play!

polo is coming off in better weather, gti is staying on for the moment

Been a closset Vdub fan for a long time, tryin to find a Mk3 Polo Coupe to make a G40 look-a-likey for a weekend run around . . . anyway

Think it really needs the German plates to be honest, maybe a complete debadged grill would also look more at home but thats nick picking :-)

Also a pic on a level bit of road as with the ramp its alittle unclear how low and how well she sits.

Please dont take the commets to think I dont like it, I think it looks stunning and anyone how reckons your not welcome here because you aint got a Saxo anymore should be truffed out.

Yeah not decided on the rims yet....ive alot of decsions to make (ie width, spacers, tyres, design etc)....so im taking my time

in the long run it'll have debadged grill, smoothed, bonnet bra, wheels sorted, possible retrim and well maybe a little extra somethin under the bonnet, but who knows!!

depends how long i keep her tbh

cloth and red, and after bvf in the summer when our cars hit 32 on the inside im so glad i did

leather was scorching hot!!!


standard wheels will be on the car october/november to february/march

they set me back just under 500, so not too bad really.....

once ive got tyres ill get pics of them on, but i want goodish tyres and not cheapies like i have now lol

im quite glad i didnt get tyres lookin at prices on the web, and also it means i cant do any damage with them if theyre boxed in garage

i am going to be driving even more like a granny with these on

Well, my wheels are finally sorted, Chelle and myself returned the two faulty ones last weekend and well Dubmeister lived up to their reputation and yesterday i found these in the porch waiting for me..............nice freebies to say the least!

was due to get tyres this weekend but theyve started gritting the roads again down here and secondly i discovered my tax and mot is all due in 2 weeks and as i found out my front light bulbs are 99.99 each i thought i best save some cash incase i need some or any other parts lol

Oh btw could you do me a favour, basically your tyres look ace. They sort of

its because of the width of the rim the tyre gets stretched on!

hmmm shes gettin there lol shes 7 years old soon sothe little niggly things are happening like sensors and we think her temp sensor is havin a few issues so the lads are gunna plug her in and test her for me

Rushy - it could be the tyre design but its more likely to be the stretch of the tyre. Falken ZE512 have an angled sidewall check those out ;) but tbh i would be a style whore with tyres i'm more into the grip they produce!
