I have recently been looking at purchasing a HID kit for my car.
Could someone please tell me the difference between
6000k 8000k 12000k
Most people i have spoken too have said that 8000k are the best; as there bright but not to blue. What are your personal opinions on this.
Its either i purchase these or i purchase some 120w bulbs.

Well i thought of putting it in the styling section but its not for a saxo. So thought would come more under the general side of things

I got 6k ones, quite happy with them.
But i would try out 8k ones if i'd ever fit them on another car.

i think you'll find the lower the K rating the BRIGHTER they are ;)
6000k is brighter than 12000k
personally i'd go with 6000k , but only run them if u have projector headlights , halogen designed lights with hid's give hell of a glare off :wall:
