Haha bit late to be asking init? They are good when they are good, very bad when they are bad... Like any other car of the same age which is turbo'd, jus be careful when purchasing it.

Anything can fit if you try hard enough, a metro would be a ridiculous example but stupidly awesome!
A 214 would be a decent swap, or maybe a newer shape?

good cars though personally would of went for a 220 tubby, same engine don't do the typical thing of wacking the boost up, the heads are weak and hgs are known to easily go

They were half fast in their day, but for that price.

Agree. I was once thrashed by one on a private stretch of public highway when we had the vx220

That couldnt of been oem 180 bud think they where only 200hp from the factory and weighing around 1600kg dosent make for vs220 killing nor impreza.
Putting it into a wedge 214 in the old man green would be a proper sleeper.. Just make sure you find all those "red top vaux's" and put them in there place ;)

IIRC HG problems are from K-series engine not the T-series in the 620ti ?
Brother had one for about 3 years, running silly power. Bought it for about £500, sold it for parts after it was shattered 3 years later.
