I have not received any tickets through the post, and have definitely not made any payments to one. How could they charge my credit card with no warning or has someone falsely given them my details?

Hopefully you sort this out, sounds a bit like someone getting your details and spending your moneys. My mate had a similar thing, someone in Bulgaria had his card details.

Mate they are useless, after 15mins of putting me on hold then asking me the same question again he said he has forwarded to investigations and I should expect a letter to fill out in the next couple of days...
