Spraying headliights

Hey i've seen some guys on here who have sprayed the inside of their headlights black, how do you take the lense off the light to access the part inside?

Hey sorry to hijack your thread, but I seen a guide using Matt black paint but would gloss black be okay??

Well I'll try the gloss and if it looks gash then I'll just respray it matte. Thanks for input though mate
