Another email.
Water
#1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
(Likely applies to half the world population)
#2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger.
#3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as 3%.
#4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.
#5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
#6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
#7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
#8.. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%., and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink every day?
COKE
#1. In many states the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.
#2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Coke and it will be gone in two days.
#3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the 'real thing' sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.
#4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers:Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
#5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
#6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Apply a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
#7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.
#8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke into the load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your
windshield.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
#1 the active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.
#2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (the concentrate) the commercial trucks must use a hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.
#3. The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean engines of the trucks for about 20 years!

........
The average American can of Coke is 10.91% high fructose corn syrup. That is 45g of sugar, same as 8 tsp of sugar.

Coke can't be that bad, or else it wouldn't be legally sold.
Also, why does it not do anything to the plastic, glass or metal it comes in? :boxing:

Cigarettes are legally sold..
Strongest acids known to man are held in plastic and glass bottles iirc ;)

Jesus Christ.. Is that true? - I've had both today.. Got here - Glass of coke followed immediately by a glass of water.. Coincidence.
Surely not?
True about dehydration though.. I don't drink enough.. Not even close.. and yes, I'd agree it does get mistaken for hunger... In fact.. I might drink some water now :D... I really need to drink more, I'm sure I'd feel better for it. It's weird when you think about it.. You have to drink, on average every 4 hours, every day (except when you're asleep) for your hole life.
Very good shit this.

One of my cousins had a habit of 2bottles or more per day. Until his teeth, stomach and guts dissolved, triggering symptoms similar to crohn's disease. For your information, coca cola is acid: PH 1
Coke can't be that bad, or else it wouldn't be legally sold.
some people also claim that coke is good for you.

I agree. High acid levels mixed with 45 grams of sugar per serving, along with other undisclosed ingredients is good for you.
Aside from bringing on diabetes, excess amounts of sugar will increase your body weight, which makes your body work harder just to function. Not to mention it will remove the enamel on your teeth and accelerate tooth decay.
Coke also contain ethylene glycol, which is used in anti-freeze. Ethylene glycol is a slow poison, it won't kill you if you have it in small quantities but it will kill you in large quantities. That doesn't mean the small quantities are totally harmless however, your body has to work hard to protect itself from various poisons, and these battles often leave scars. The more scars on an organ, the weaker it is and the less likely it is to function as you get older.
Another harmful ingredient in soda is carbon acids. Carbon acids can increase the acidity of blood. When your body chemistry becomes acidic, it can open the door to other diseases. Both cancer and arthritis are more prone to develop in acidic conditions.
not to mention that coca cola used to contain "Cocaine" hench the name "Coca" cola. Thank fuck corn syrup is not allowed over here. But as they say: enjoy :drink:

regular and Diet Coke will do the following:
weaken teeth due to the leaching effect of the carbon dioxide fizz on the minerals in the enamel, the acid in the flavouring, and the sweeteners;
increase likelihood of stomach ulcers and digestion problems;
encourage caffeine dependency and not give you sufficient liquid intake - any caffeiated drinks you consume should be offset by a glass of water to avoid mild dehydration.
on top of the above, Diet Coke and diet drinks in general also contain sweeteners. Some contain sorbitol, which will merely give you the runs. Diet Coke however, contains aspartame - a derivative of phenylanaline (other names for this group of sweteners include Sweetex, Nutrasweet and Acesculfame K). These sweeteners are all mild neurotoxins, meaning that in large quantities in certain people they can affect the brain and nervous system leading to MS- or Parkinson's-like symptoms including tingling, shaking and reduced vision. These effects nearly always diminish when the sweetener is removed from the diet.

I'm gonna carry on drinking coke, smoking, and consuming such vast quantities of alcohol as to significantly shorten my life just to spite you now.
Pfft, Used. My cock used to be an inch in length, thankfully it's grown now. (marginally). You can say anything used to be something :D.
As far as your teeth go - Bah, I have a dentist.
So in summary.. it's not good for you in large volumes? ... Which is the medical advice which pertains to everything - "Moderation". Thanks for that, can't get that anywhere else.

actually, a glass of coke + water just after is ok since you dilute the acidity and wash off the sugar... And too much of anything is bad of course.
