Blackberry help needed - Going abroad (emails/internet)

Basically i am going abroad soon and i am taking my blackberry.

I want to know how to turn all internet off so i dont receive emails, fb messages etc

I have already turned data services to 'off when roaming'

does that include emails and FB/apps?

Anything else i need to do?

I think you need to turn Data Roaming off completely to avoid any charges.

Couldnt tell you how to do it though.

"Off when roaming" is all you need to do mate. Just got back from Majorca and I didn't get charged any extra.

its in settings somewhere turns all data off when i went away did that and as soon as got back all emails and things got delivered when switched it back on

go to manage connections, then mobile network options then turn off data
